How to arrange icons alphabetically in Xiaomi Redmi phones?

Are you tired of seeing messy app icons in your Redmi phone screen? Xiaomi Redmi phones comes with MIUI launcher. This launcher doesn't allow you to arrange app icons alphabetically plus doesn't have a menu. The latest update MIUI 9 has addressed many issues, but the developers don't worry about this simple feature. I have come up with a solution to sort app icons alphabetically by changing the default launcher.

There are many launchers available in Google Play store. But most of them are not free or you have to compromise with ads. Many of them even prompts for installing sponsored apps to unlock some features. This is annoying plus launcher needs access to many private informations. So, it is wise to choose a launcher form a trusted developer. After trying many launchers I've found Microsoft launcher as one of the best free launchers.
