By default Developer options is disabled in your Xiomi Redmi phones. To get access to USB Debugging we need to enable Developer Options. You may need to tap up to 7 times depending on your MIUI version. I did this in Xiomi Redmi 4, and it would work for Redmi 4A, Redmi Note 4 and other models also. This method is applicable for some Samsung mobile also.
